Unbothered = Grace is more ….

Grateful > Jealous

St Francis saw every gift, talent, and blessing as something entrusted by God, not owned or compared. Where jealousy says “why them?”, St Francis taught “thank You, Lord for them.” He practiced radical humility and genuine delight in others. Instead of measuring himself against others, he chose gratitude, simplicity, and trust. That’s where freedom begins.

» Celebrate others intentionally, say it out loud, affirm people’s gifts
» Stay in your lane, focus on what you’re called to do, not what others have
» Practice gratitude daily, name 3 blessings you already have
» Detach from comparison, less scrolling, more presence
» Pray for those you envy, it transforms the heart faster than anything

Jealousy can be a signal, not a setback. Instead of feeding it, pause and ask what it’s revealing, what desire, wound, or calling is underneath. Let it guide you toward growth: refine your priorities, strengthen your character, and realign with God’s will. When you bring it to God, jealousy stops being destructive and becomes a doorway to clarity, purpose, and grace-filled change.

Jealousy shrinks the soul. Gratitude expands it. Choose the wider heart…
